I am a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to creating a non-judgmental, supportive space where individuals and couples can openly explore their challenges and experiences. My approach is compassionate and insightful, helping clients gain clarity and make meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in relationship issues, people-pleasing tendencies, trauma (including developmental trauma, emotional and sexual abuse), self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. With couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional connections and communication.
