I specialize in PTSD and complex PTSD, helping clients process emotional pain rooted in early experiences. Trained in EMDR, I use an integrative, client-centered approach to gently explore and address the underlying causes of distress. I believe healing is possible through collaboration and trust. I also have experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, offering a compassionate space for healing. As a Certified Reunification Therapist, I assist parents with increasing parenting assets. I specialize in working with various life traumas, including physical and sexual assault, early attachment disruptions, and bereavement. My practice focuses on personality disorders, relationship and family challenges, and I use EMDR to all adults who have experienced trauma.
