Many of the people I work with are deep feelers, cycle-breakers, and caregivers who have learned to put themselves last and are now longing to reconnect with who they really are. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we are allowed to show up as our real selves. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
