I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in West Central Illinois since 2015 with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. My experience is in both mental health and addictions where I have helped my clients with communication, stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem/confidence, depression, trauma, relationship issues, anger management, and substance abuse. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy to help my clients reach their goals. I believe in treating others with respect and compassion.
