About
I moved ro Florida from Minnesota after working years in a High School helping teenagers manage their emotions and then worked in a state facility with adults with persistent mental illness and brain injuries. Outside of my own private practice, I also work with veterans in substance abuse. I think we all have the same desires, to live to our full potential and I believe we all the capacity to do so. We just need a road map to do that sometimes. I want to provide the road map to help you achieve your full potential.
