If you’re a thoughtful, self-aware young adult who still feels stuck in anxiety or struggling with sleep, you’re not alone, and you’re not failing at therapy. Many of the people I work with have already tried counseling, gained insight, and understand why they feel the way they do, yet still find themselves overthinking, feeling on edge, or lying awake at night unable to shut their mind off. Sessions are active, collaborative, and grounded. We work together to understand what’s driving your anxiety and then practice manageable changes in how you think, feel, and respond so new habits start to feel natural rather than forced.
