Monica Tsai, LMHC brings more than a decade of experience, a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University, and a grounded, authentic approach to healing. She specializes in trauma and abuse recovery, to include combat trauma, anxiety disorders, major depression and grief. In addition to individual counseling, Monica co-leads a 12-week sexual abuse survivors' group in the Jacksonville, FL area—one of the only programs in the area that keeps participants in a consistent, supportive cohort. This structure fosters trust, safety, and real connection—creating a space where survivors can show up fully and be seen. You will find the office to be conveniently located, relaxed, and well appointed. Your first session will encompass a holistic conversation to best understand the essential components that matter most to you and your therapy. From the outset you will be equipped with practical tools. Monica’s work is intimate and compassionate.
