At Mind Body Integration, I offer Somatic Psychotherapy and Somatic EMDR to individuals, groups, and organizations. I work with what western medicine labels as anxiety, depression, ptsd/c-ptsd, etc, when in actuality, the underlying issue is nervous system dysregulation due to emotion suppression and inflammation. Addressing the root issue will facilitate healing your entire system to achieve mind-body connection, resulting in more moments of peace and calm overall. Deep inner work can bring more clarity and resolution to your dilemmas, and increased presence so you can access the truth that already exists inside of you.
