I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of NJ and NC. I work with adolescents and adults facing difficult life challenges such as life transitions, trauma, women issues, relational issues, loss and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and grief. I employ an integrative approach that blends evidence based techniques with a person centered perspective. Interventions that I use include DBT which teaches skills to learn how to accept oneself and one’s emotions to be able to make positive changes. I also use CBT which helps to explore the relationship between thinking patterns and behaviors.
