There are times when we find ourselves in a place in life when it’s difficult to figure out a better way forward or change the behaviors and patterns that don’t serve us anymore. Sometimes we find ourselves feeling lost or stuck in our relationships, careers and daily lives. Sometimes depression, anxiety, past experiences, grief or life challenges get the best of us. Therapy can be a space to find a lighter path through the maze of life, to find a way to heal and liberate from challenging emotions, moods and behavior patterns. I practice from a trauma-informed / person-centered approach using a blend of modalities to best fit unique needs and personalities. I’m trained in IFS modality which guides us to develop more compassionate and accepting relationship with ourselves and all parts of us. I also utilize mindfulness based techniques, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy.
