As a strengths based therapist, I believe we each possess everything we need to heal, but sometimes we need guidance to rediscover the stability and vitality that makes us unique, beautiful and resilient. I work with people experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and addiction. Individualized counseling is offered by providing an assessment of issues, conflicts, behavioral patterns and motivations for treatment. Often these moments of confusion and challenge lead to the greatest opportunities for growth. I approach my work with mindfullness and empathy.
