Hey there! You're already on your way to getting where you deserve to be. As a queer, first-gen, Asian (Filipinx) immigrant, I understand the importance of strengthening your sense of Self/individuation, dismantling harmful narratives, and finding genuine community. Together, we can work to bring awareness to and disrupt the systems of oppression that inform the ways in which we take up space. In a world that constantly takes and restricts, this is one space that solely belongs to you. You have always, and continue to, deserve compassion, solidarity, and belonging - let's find your way back to yourself and your inner child. I center decolonial and abolitionist theories within my therapeutic approach in working with queer and/or trans People of the Global Majority and their intersecting marginalized identities. Most of my clients are working through intergenerational/systemic trauma, family dynamics/conflict, attachment concerns, and self-liberation, among others.
