I use a range of therapeutic techniques that are responsive to client needs, but my core therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic practice. Humanistic psychology views people as innately good, unique, and capable of growth. We can work towards healing, change and growth while acknowledging the strengths you already have. While I treat diverse clients with a wide range of reasons for seeking therapy, I specialize in trauma treatment. I also provide affirming and empathetic skills building therapy for folx with ADHD and ASD. I offer gender affirming care letter writing as well, and do so with as little gatekeeping as possible.
