These wounds could be due to your own childhood experiences, postpartum depression, birth trauma, relationship difficulties with partners or co-parents, pregnancy and infant loss, and health issues for yourself or your child. Maybe you are not able to identify a wound that requires healing; instead you recognize that you are constantly feeling overwhelmed by parenting and other responsibilities and you would like help sorting through mental and emotional clutter to improve your parenting ability.
