My name is Monique Galindo Soderstrom, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I see children, adolescents, adults and families. For those who have never been in therapy, it can be a scary experience. My clients and coworkers tell me that I have a very warm and calming demeanor. I try to make the process of starting therapy as simple and stress free as possible. I welcome my clients with a safe, supportive and come as-you-are approach. Together we can work on parenting, reducing and/or eliminating worry, anxiety, depression and unhealthy habits you may be experiencing.
