Most of us carry protective patterns - working too hard, staying small, or holding tight to control - that keep us safe but can leave us stuck. Therapy invites the parts of you that have been working so hard to soften and be understood. I believe that the edge of discomfort is often where real healing and transformation begin, and I offer warm and grounded guidance as you explore those edges. I specialize in working with women and teen girls who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism and relationship issues. My approach is somatic-based (body centered), incorporating EMDR & IFS therapy. EMDR helps the nervous system let go of what’s been stuck, while IFS helps you tend to the parts within you that learned to cope. Woven together - they invite healing, self-trust, and the freedom to step into who you were always meant to be.
