Hi there! I'm Monique, a licensed mental health counselor in Mishawaka, Indiana, currently welcoming clients both in person and online ages 18 and older. In my work with clients, I provide an integrative, collaborative, non-pathologizing and trauma-informed approach that emphasizes the therapeutic relationship. Sessions with me may include the use of modalities such as EMDR & IFS to support clients in processing chronic and acute trauma, as well as symptoms such as anxiety and depression When we meet, we will begin to create a container grounded in safety. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore the different experiences, feelings, and patterns that have shaped your life- approaching each part of your story with curiosity and compassion.
