I have been working with clients to help them manage their moods, control their behavior and reach their greater potential for 20 years. My clients have ranged from those suffering from uncontrolled schizophrenia and newly diagnosed bipolar disorder to corporate executives struggling to manage the stress of million dollar deals. I enjoy working with couples and families to help them build happier lives together. I offer a solutions focused approach to counseling, I use a lot of cognitive behavioral techniques in a systems and choice theory based style of working with clients. I am a sex positive counselor and believe that the mind body connection is an integral part of our overall satisfaction in life.
