My name is Monique and I am grateful to be able to support individuals experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, difficult life circumstances, life transitions, relationships, and more. My biggest goal as a therapist is to develop a trusting relationship with, and a safe environment for, my clients to explore themselves and their challenges at a pace and in a way that best suits them. I listen without judgement, allow clients the ability to be their own guide for therapy, support their own self-listening and self-discovery, and help them establish and reach their personal goals.
