My name is Monique Miles, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of Momentum Counseling and Consulting PLLC. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for healing. I am licensed in both Texas and Florida. I received my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health with certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy. I work with couples, individuals, and busy professionals in need of concierge services. Serving clients in both Texas and Florida, my goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insights needed to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life. My practice specializes in trauma and relationship counseling. I use evidence-based approaches to help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, processing life transitions or heal from traumatic experiences. I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Certificate, which equips me with specialized knowledge to address complex relational dynamics.
