I partner with adult clients who are motivated to make changes to their lives in positive ways. I serve clients struggling with: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, on-going suicidality, nightmares, anger, hypervigilance, flashbacks, hallucinations (auditory and visual), dissociation, struggling to manage emotions, and/or acting impulsively. I also work with clients struggling with substance abuse including alcohol, methamphetamines, and/or opioids. I have extensive experience in working with the military/ veteran population in combat, sexual, and/ or gender harassment experiences. I also work with people who have lost a loved one. View 19 Photos I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy (PGDT). I am licensed as a Substance Abuse Associate in New Mexico in treating addiction.
