I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, LGBTQIA+ lifestyle, and anger- management. My mission is collaborating with clients to set goals centered around helping them become the best version of themselves. I help clients work on their overall well-being through utilization of a strength-based approach to help empower clients to create the change that they want to see. I have evening availabilities as well as weekends for client convenience.
