I am committed to providing you with a safe space to heal from the pain of life. Whether it's traumatic memories, relationship issues, grief, depression, or anxiety, you need somewhere to turn. Emotional healing at your own pace is my priority. I am also passionate about providing healthcare professionals and other first responders with the specialized care they need! I desire to help them experience freedom from burnout and secondary trauma that comes with their heroic work. I have six years of experience helping individuals, couples, and youth overcome these challenges as well.
