Monique Woodby-Sibley, LCPC, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and adults across Maryland. She supports individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges through individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as substance use-focused care. Monique offers a warm and collaborative environment where clients can safely explore the root causes of distress and develop the tools needed for lasting change. Monique is especially passionate about helping clients who are managing major life transitions and the mental health struggles that often accompany them.
