My ideal client is one who has trouble taking care of themselves but makes sure everyone else is taken care of. One who has noticed a pattern of relationships in their family that are rooted in emotional neglect, disrespect, and unhealthy enmeshments. One who struggles to express themselves, constantly feels unheard, and deep down inside feels unworthy (but wouldn’t dare to say it). As a therapist my biggest strength has been my ability to aid clients in restoring hope and embracing all parts of themselves
