I am passionate about helping others. As a Licensed Counselor, my ultimate goal is to provide the best service to assist individuals with techniques and strategies to develop a fulfilling life. I believe in developing skills to have overall mental and physical wellbeing in order to have a stable and peaceful lifestyle. Life does not come with a manual, however, with proper development and insight, one can be satisfied with the life they live. It is important to remember that each day is a new day for happiness and success. I have been working in the counseling field since August 2008. I have experience working with Adolescents, Adults, SMI (Serious Mental Illness), Substance Abuse, Life Coaching, and Prevention (Suicide and Substance Abuse). Along with being a LPC-S, I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Certified Life Coach.
