Sometimes life feels unmanageable or even unfamiliar; the heaviness is more than you can bear. Do you feel overwhelmed or overlooked? My goal is to ensure that my client's feel seen and validated while working to empower them with tools to navigate their current challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort that allows you to use your voice in identifying solutions for your life. My goal for my clients is to reclaim autonomy over their lives. I specialize in working with client's who are dealing with interpersonal relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and everyday life stressors.
