Life can be messy, unpredictable, and downright hard—and sometimes we need someone to walk beside us through it. I believe one of the most powerful parts of counseling is having a witness to your journey: someone who can sit with you in the hard moments, help you find meaning in the chaos, and support your growth along the way. That, to me, is the true beauty of this work.
