Are you a teen or young adult or in a place in your life where you are trying to figure who you are as an individual, finding your voice, struggling with peer/school pressure, and social media. Or an individual that finds boundary setting as you are transitioning from being under your parents to being an adult difficult or just boundary setting with those in your life. You want to get there but don't know how, lets work together and identify your values and beliefs, what's important to you and learn some skills for better follow through and helping you learn to have healthy habits. Treatment is always focused on elevating change to achieve a greater sense of self, both physically and emotionally. My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting.
