Life is full of contradictions: joy tangled with self-doubt, love complicated by resentment, and confidence shaken by old fears. We all carry parts of ourselves we are proud of and parts we would rather hide. I believe growth begins when we turn toward every part of ourselves with compassion, even the pieces we try hard to ignore. In therapy, we will get curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and work together to find clarity, a sense of calm, and a feeling of confidence you can carry into daily life.
