Step into my office! I'm glad you're here. How is your mind, body, and spirit today? How frequently have you been doing things that mean something? I'm a Telehealth Qualified Supervisor, Trauma Therapy and ART Practitioner. I treat a lot of other professionals (First Responders, Therapists, CEO, etc) and work with community partners to make referrals for treatment for all levels of care as needed. I believe therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance. and that is 'Peace is Power'. My specialty focuses is individually with adults that are experiencing a variety of emotional issues. My background is healing complex family systems, addressing relationship issues and helping explore identity and all aspects of you. Other struggles: unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, LGBTQ journey.
