The world can be an unsafe place at times, posing many challenges for all of us. Looking for help to navigate life stressors can be difficult when you might already be experiencing grief, isolation, and anxiety. It can be easy to feel lost, disconnected, and even helpless. I provide a warm-hearted safe space and am confident in treating many psychological concerns. My goal in therapy is to help you find solutions to your problems and illuminate resources already available to you. I am especially helpful in areas of life transition, trauma, and grief and loss.
