I am a therapist who specializes in expressive arts therapy, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing, and that expressive arts therapy can be a powerful tool for accessing and processing difficult emotions. I have been working with survivors of trauma for over 5 years, and I have seen firsthand the transformative power of expressive arts therapy. When people are able to express themselves through art, music, dance, or writing, they are able to connect with their emotions in a new way, and are able to release trauma and begin to heal.
