Hi there! I’m Mora and I’m committed to helping people take back the reins of their lives. I support clients through anxiety, negative thought patterns, relationship issues and addiction. Most often, clients link these issues to feeling disconnected, unsupported or not having their emotional needs met by those closest to them. Together, we focus on developing strategies to reduce anxiety, challenge irrational beliefs and improve communication skills. In doing so, clients learn to see themselves as more than their thoughts and behaviors—to advocate for their needs and respect themselves for doing what they can, regardless of results.
