I have been passionate about supporting clients through their life experiences ever since becoming a therapist 20 years ago. I specialize in helping adults navigate and heal from adverse life events, or traumas that have happened to them without their choosing, leaving them at a loss, and with their life disrupted. My personal and professional extensive work with trauma, has allowed me to witness and truly value our innate capacity to overcome life's challenges and find well-being. Building a trusting relationship in which we feel truly seen, accepted, and valued is at the heart of our healing process. Just as vital, are the therapies / modalities that promote positive, lasting changes in our brain, body and soul. I integrate EMDR, Parts Work, and KAP into my practice, while always fostering a strong relational foundation.
