My interest in therapy started when I was at a low point in life, and my own therapy experiences didn't help. Since then, I've resolved to be a therapist for anyone who has felt humbled by life's challenges, while striving to be worthy of their trust. I work to connect with you where you are, to understand what others might not, and to be there if the world lets you down. We all need an ally to help get unstuck, to reconnect and to pick ourselves up, and I believe in doing so with warmth and respect. It can be tough to rely on a stranger when we feel vulnerable or out of control, but I will always try to reward that risk.
