Welcome. I help adults heal from trauma and anxiety by using EMDR and other evidence based modalities so you can feel grounded, safe and free from old patterns. Many of my clients begin therapy to heal from traumatic experiences, adjust to major life changes and make sense of long-standing emotional patterns. My goal is to make getting started simple—with short wait times so you can take this next step without added stress. In our first session together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, what you want to change and begin co-creating your plan of treatment. I'm a licensed therapist with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Beyond EMDR, I draw on other evidence-based interventions and educational approaches to create a flexible, individualized approach that supports your healing and growth.
