I offer strengths-based, person-centered therapy, meeting you where you are with compassion and care. I respect and affirm all identities. I am a licensed clinical social worker and earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2017. I lead with a humanistic foundation—offering warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental space. I include aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, trauma work, and family work. Together, we’ll find the right modality and work toward goals that are meaningful to you, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
