As a clinician, I am dedicated to helping you get closer to your true self through self-exploration, identity work, and building self-esteem. I work with you to process challenges like anxiety, shame, guilt, and depression that can often make it hard to connect with who you are. Together we'll pay close attention to what takes space in your life, and whether it is helpful or harmful to your goals.
