As a therapist who specializes in women’s health, trauma recovery, & maternal mental health, I enjoy working with women who have experienced anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and/or trauma. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist through Postpartum Support International, and I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist with advanced training in sexual trauma & perinatal trauma - including infertility, pregnancy loss, NICU, birth trauma, & more. I am a firm believer that we all make sense in the context of what we've walked through, and that we all deserve villages of support as we navigate each new season of life. It's the honor of my life to walk alongside others as they reconcile what they've experienced & what they believe to be true about themselves, the world, and/or God. I practice from a whole-person, relational, trauma-informed approach. I am passionate about integrating the mind & body through mindfulness-based approaches, polyvagal theory, & EMDR therapy.
