Therapy looks different for everyone, but has the same goal; progress, not perfection. My intention is to guide you, by providing the time and space to process challenging events through therapeutic approaches. It's truly a privilege to be able to support someone along this rare journey. By establishing a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental environment, I truly believe progress is achievable. We will collaboratively work together to develop healthy strategies that promote positive change and a shift in perspective.
