Hi, I'm Morgan, I believe you are the expert of your own experience. As a person-centered therapist, I offer warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard in a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story is honored. My approach is guided by genuineness, curiosity, and compassion, with the goal of helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward growth. I work with individuals 18 and older, providing support through life's challenges, including transitions, grief and bereavement as well as existential concerns, exploring meaning, purpose, and uncertainty in life. I have particular experience supporting young adults navigating life transitions, shifting roles, and questions of identity. I have also worked with individuals who have lived through complex trauma, supporting them in processing their experiences and finding resilience in the midst of pain.
