I am an EMDR trained therapist who specializes in helping people work through complex and relational trauma. I offer an integrative approach to the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and life transitions. If you "think about your feelings" a lot, and have trouble "feeling your feelings" Perhaps you've developed some not so helpful coping skills to keep yourself safe, but now they no longer serve you.
