Hello! I am licensed in the state of Kentucky as a professional clinical counselor, providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. With a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University and over 7 years of clinical experience, I am able to help clients process various concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, anger management and trauma. I also have experience with Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease and providing structured support to families facing dementia-related challenges. I work to incorporate evidence-based practices and interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Approach, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
