I am passionate about helping my clients build confidence, means of coping, and stronger relationships. I believe that everyone is unique and I aim to work closely with children (4+), adolescents, and adults to help them find the best tools and strategies that work for them. I am certified in LEGO Play-Based Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy. Through structured play and symbolic exploration, children can build communication skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving abilities, and social confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
