I was drawn to a career in mental health because I too have struggled and therapy played an important role in my healing. I am passionate about helping others process and work through life’s difficulties because I know what a big difference having someone to talk to can make. I have worked in mental health for over 7 years and specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have also worked with clients at all levels of care from in-home therapy to residential treatment.
