These past few years have brought a global traumatic event to the doorsteps of our lives and hearts. Whether this feels new to you or deeply familiar, your story and experience is worth attunement and care. I am passionate about seeing redemption come in the lives of children and adults who have experienced trauma and loss. Events in our lives fragment our hearts, minds, and bodies, and we are in need of repair- both with ourselves and each other. I see children, adults, and couples, and I have extensive training in trauma and abuse. I see clients for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and loss.
