I really enjoy working with adolescence and young adults who experience anxiety, ADHD, school related stress, self-esteem and self confidence concerns. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD and Learning Disabilities at a young age I know how important it is to talk with someone who truly understands how it can affect your life. Growing up with Learning Disabilities showed me how important it is for someone to have a professional who truly understands and gets what you’re going through. I had to learn at a young age how to advocate for myself and my needs. With my personal and professions experiences I’ll help you build the confidence and provide tools to advocate for yourself!
