Hi, I’m Morgan. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in perinatal mental health and emotional challenges that emerge during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout parenthood. Most of my clients struggle with navigating stress due to parenthood and identity shifts, coping with new and unexpected anxiety as a result of parenthood, depression related to the overall adjustment of having a new baby, relational strains with loved ones, unresolved and resurfacing past wounds that impacts parenting, and a general sense of overwhelm by the new number of expectations placed on them.
