I am a clinician at Grounded in Growth, a Grand Rapids-based practice specializing in trauma-informed CBT, ACT and Mindfulness. I work with adults struggling with perfectionism, people pleasing, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, body image concerns and more. I help clients uncover deeply rooted beliefs that prohibit them from living how they desire. My style of therapy is compassionate, accepting, and mindful. My clients and I work together to enhance self awareness and explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a focus on client empowerment.
